CONFLICT, SHADY or CRIMINAL? Attorney Choate representing Associated Credit Ageny. Small claims case packet was returned-refused Then letter regarding refused mail was returned - refused. Next day he wins a Default JUDGEMENT for plaintiiffs for$4138 forty one hundred dollars And $413 ATTORNEY FEES a total of $4644 dollars and he knows he never Served DEFENDANT. Never served defendant (ME) AND STILL FILLED OUT affidavit of Service forms and , then the request for default judgement for plaintiffs. turned them in , went before judge and Is it called when you lie in court? ******** SHADY...DEFINITELY SHADY!!! CRIMINAL? WAIT FOR IT....Mark Choate attorney who obviously broke the law to win a judgement against me for Associated Credit Ageny in Juneau . IIS ONE OF THE OWNERS !!!
