I've been working with them for quite awhile on my federal disability and every single interaction has been good. I’m deleting stars till it’s done and there are no more “mistakes” Still working on the process since 2018 and it's still not done yet otherwise I would give 5 stars. I'll add the 5th star when it’s over and the disability is complete. If i live that long!

My paralegal/caseworker Diana Cardona was nice, but I had to follow up with my doctors to follow up on verifications needed. I heard from Diana when the legal office was paid. I was unable to get info from SSA website, so I called Diana. She told me she had no further information, and my case with her was closed. That was her response anytime I tried to reach her after they received the lump sum. So other than forwarding the paperwork the doctors and I sent in, the un-informative phone call was the extent of the help. For that, they got a large chunk of my lump sum.
