If there is a conflict issue with our prior representation of one of the same clients, we are required to step down and inform the client to find a substitute law firm. This is never personal and does not affect the potential outcome of your case. Most importantly, your case is in the very initial phases and can easily be taken over by another law firm. Carly has provided you with all of the documents in your file, which again are only the basic documents required to evaluate your case.
