While we were able to get the result we wanted with a simple custody case (told to us by our attorney), the amount of times we had to follow up and then be billed for emails asking for basic information was frustrating. To top it off, it has taken over 2 months to receive our retainer refund where we were consistently misled by the finance team. So yes, fine attorney's, but not worth the price in my opinion.
