Caffee Law has been a complete waste of my time and money. Their communication is absolutely terrible—I constantly had to chase them down for updates on my car injury case. Every time I called, I either got no response or vague answers that didn’t help at all. They promised results but did nothing but drag things out, making everything more stressful than it already was. If you want a law firm that actually cares about your case and keeps you informed, look somewhere else. Would not recommend!

I've had a great experience with the Caffee firm. They are very responsive, empathetic and thorough. I primarily worked with Herlyne, Letty and Alyssa and I couldn't ask for a better team. Questions were responded to within minutes so I wasn't ever left in the dark. Communication was clear and consistent; I always knew where we were at in the process and what to expect next. The team was also very compassionate. Conversations always began with "how are you" which to me is a sign that the group cares. There were also brief check-ins even if there weren't any actions that needed to be taken at the time which was greatly appreciated. I have full confidence in the team and they have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them if you are ever in need of assistance with an accident.
