Caesar Rivise, PC is internationally recognized as a leading U.S. intellectual property law firm. The firm was founded in 1926 by Abraham Caesar. The following year, Caesar was joined by another attorney, Charles Rivise (pronounced RIV-is). Together Mr. Caesar and Mr. Rivise practiced patent, trademark and copyright law and both men were soon recognized as leading authorities on IP law. This prompted the two to author a four-volume treatise on patent law called “Interference Law and Practice.” The success of this treatise was evident from its citation by the courts in hundreds of cases throughout the United States.
