Mr Burns took on my case even though he told me it was not a big money case. My employer's workman's comp insurance refuse to pay any of my bills and refused to send me any money due to loss of wages. Medicare and my supplemental health insurance paid for everything. We ended up winning without going to Court. I ended up getting twice as much money then had they just paid me weekly benefits for being out of work. But more importantly, they had to reimburse Medicare for all the bills. I was most happy with that because why should the taxpayers pay for something through Medicare that the insurance is supposed to be paying for. I was very pleased with Mr Burns and his staff.
