A debt of mine went to them to be taken to court. I honestly was unaware of the debt so I called to check to see if I could do a payment plan through them rather than this go through the courts. The woman who helped me in the phone was extremely kind and patient with me and helped explain everything to me better than the court documents did. She got me all situated and showed a lot of compassion over the phone and just overall really helped my nerves with the whole thing. I really appreciate their kindness in helping me sort this out and start the process of getting this debt cleared.
