I had been fighting for proper custodial visits for two years. The incredible team at BBJ law firm made this happen. You won’t find anyone as qualified as Laura Susan Burns, Jessica Johnson, and a wonderful lady Angela Marshall. Ashely at the reception desk is welcoming and make you feel like family. They care about your case and they can win. You just have to be patient and let them do it. I highly recommend anyone with divorce or custody issues to consult with this group.

I gave this outfit a chance, handed over $7000, was told I'd "get most of it back" due to my case being very simple. There was no contest, simply filing of papers and paternity testing. However, there were multiple court cancellations, reschedules, often without even notifying me. I tried so many times to reach Laura, always away. By the time the case was actually settled I got the bill, tallied up right to my retainer charge. It was mostly superfluous email correspondence charges, though I'd been told I wasn't being charged for that. I feel this is a lazy and slimy operation. They're business is dragging their feet, promising with one hand, stealing with the other. Typical lawyering I'd say. So, any legal representation I might need in the future, Burns Brashier and Johnson will be the last I try. The simple job got done after months and months of waiting and apparently $7000 spent to adjucate paternity. They knew what they were doing from day 1. I consider it criminal.

I retained Laura Susan and she did an outstanding job in resolving that matter with a great result. A few months thereafter, a rather serious incident involving my children obligated me to get the court involved. Once again, I retained Laura Susan and BB&J. Having been in this business for over 2 decades, I can attest that the firms who possess all of those qualities are very few and far between. I highly recommend BB&J for any family law/domestic relations matters.

Definitely not referring these guys. I have been told a bunch of lies from the beginning that I would be entitled to so much and none of it Was even filed. And then of course they tried to use the gas light and say is because I did this and I did that but I can assure you I have followed by the rules. They also were did nine wants to hit me with additional $5000 bill and told me I had 30 days to pay the outstanding bill. And the only way to have an outstanding bill is to be billed before and you refused To make payment. They do not specialize in men’s rights! They are definitely there for the money they sit around and chitchat With the defendants attorney as if they were having a girls day out.
