The store tried to claim that under the laws a person cannot sue for an act of "Mother Nature"! First let me say that Brian Keeley is amazing. He is a very caring and detailed attorney that goes the extra mile to get his client the best outcome possible. I know this because I have used him not once, but twice. In 2011 my son was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that nearly took his life. When I first contacted Brian, my son was in the hospital on life support. Brian was just getting ready to leave town however he gave his office staff the directions that if I called looking to speak to him, that he would get the message. I did call Brian's office and got a phone call back from him in a very timely fashion. This was a very complex case that truly had the deck stacked against us from the start. There were no witness's to the accident and my son was on life support so this was no easy feat (my son was left with a TBI and could not aid in the investigation). Brian never stopped working on this case, he always kept me informed. He always hired the best experts in the appropriate field necessary to bring the true facts to light. This case did take a couple years to get resolved however, even with the complex matter in the case and Brian's extreme dedication and many, many late night's, Brain was able to get favorable outcome. Once the case settled, there was still a lot of work to be done. He will not stop fighting until the last detail is completed.
