Currently Peter’s is my attorney. So far my experience is alright!! could be better 🤔. I don’t write reviews..but I’m so frustrated and tired!!! First thing it’s sad that I don’t have the person that is handling my PIC. Second thing if Diane Martinez is helping with your WCC good luck!! She has this sense of an attitude that she is better then you, acting like the questions I’m asking are ridiculous or don’t make sense.. if you hate your job helping people.. then go find another career. sorry lady your supposedly the professional!! I’m trying to have a better understanding, Im learning as I go. She don’t really tell you what’s going on. When she does talk to you, she tells you what you want to hear!! instead of what’s really happening etc. i spoke to her like 1.5-2 weeks ago about her amending some paperwork so I can be evaluated for anxiety..because the DR and PA at concentra put me back full duty, because I have no broken bones etc...by the way concentra sucks!! that means I need to get back in company truck( my anxiety is on high alert)😬.. i was in a company truck, when someone a red light narrowly T-bone me!! I spoke to her yesterday.. Did she do the paperwork NOPE!! Some other people did the paper. She had the nerve to say oh you’re not supposed to talk to them anymore. I can do that easily, help me then.. Then I won’t have to ask help from other people. The people told me she hasn’t amended anything!! It’s so convenient yesterday she said oh I amended it today. It will be in the system in a few days. They keep saying they’re trying to get me see another DR.. well it’s 3+ now.. 🤷🤦.. it’s all false hope..there’s much more but don’t need it to be a venting session.. overall with the accident, dealing with concentra, now folks here.. my anxiety is higher then EVER!!! 😬

WORSE LAW FIRM EVER!!! Diane Martinez is unprofessional, doesn’t respond to voicemails or email, when she does answer the phone she says she didn’t get the voicemail or email, she never has answers about your case or ANY updates at all I have been waiting on my check for almost 5 months and she still doesn’t know what’s going on or where my check is. Diane Martinez Needs to fired from this company because she is useless.. Also I am still waiting on my check as of TODAY!!!

I recommend getting their email addresses as they are very busy and at times may not answer calls but are quick to respond to emails. In the end they were successful. I had an attorney for my workers comp case who really wasn't doing much. I changed attorneys to jonathan brand as I was told by another attorney in his office that he would go after workers comp and not give up. it took so many years to finally settle my case - a total of 10. jonathan was very professional and very courteous while being the pitbull I needed to get my case thru the system. we could have pushed on but I decided it was time to settle. I was very happy with jonathan and his staff thru the entire process and I would highly recommend his office to anyone who needs a workers comp attorney.
