I had Christy Thorson as an attorney for a case. She did not reach out to me a single time about my case. Every time I called to ask a question or get updates on my case she would not answer and I’d be sent to voicemail. Many times the voice mailbox was full. She does not return calls and you have to call multiple times a day and many days in a row. I got lucky and she answered the phone on the day of my court hearing an hour before it was scheduled to start. She did not know the options available and was not optimistic, over all she was very unhelpful and unprofessional.

A few years ago I was renting to an individual who was in a car accident. He was being represented by Mr Bryant. He was waiting for a settlement and his rent was getting further and further behind. I went to Mr Bryant and ask him to write something up stating that his client would pay rent and I would have some kind of legal document so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Mr Bryant gave me his personal guarantee and said that that was not necessary and if his client did not pay rent he would. Unfortunately the client got paid left town did damages to his rental unit and never paid me. I went to Mr Bryant and explain to him what happened. I said luckily I had his personal guarantee. He quickly told me how he was not responsible and ushered me out of his office. Over the years every time I hear the commercial it bothers me. When I was a young man my father told me all you have in this world is your word. $14,000 worth of rent in damages and I never seen a penny. All I can do now is shake my head but I really can't stand hearing his commercials.
