Chad Boonswang Law Firm is the best! Having loss an only daughter unexpectedly and then the insurance claim denied after months is a nightmare. I researched different law firms and was very impressed with this law firm from the beginning. Zoe was very professional, knowledgeable and precise. I felt that she genuinely cared about me and my situation. Michael was the lawyer and he fought for my grandchildren...remember they loss their mom! No amount of money will bring her back, but at least they can continue on with reaching their goals of completing college. This was my best experience in regards to a law firm. They were amazing with their work effort and did strive, and was successful in obtaining the most in our case. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

This law firm is a scam! They’re insistent that all settlements be sent directly to them so that they can then manipulate the proceeds. You’ll never know the true outcome of your case, and they’ll steal whatever else they can get their hands on that’s in you or your family’s name. The positive reviews they submit themselves. Beware!!!! And yes, my family member was a legitimate client!!

Boonswang took my case over a year ago. After my wife's death, I discovered that the insurance policy was taken over by another company and the new company changed the exclusions for the AD&D coverage. This occured years ago but they continued taking from my bank account. The law firm first told me that they found case law to support my claim that looked promising. After the second denial letter from the insurance company, Boonswang dropped my case (approximately one year later). They told me that there was no case law to support my claim. I can accept this, but I wish they never took my case to begin with. I feel that they were hoping for the insurance company to settle and once they played hardball, Boonswang LF decided to drop my case which was a 300k policy. The attorney was Joseph who was very nice and respectful, but I don't think I would recommend this law firm unless your case is cut and dry.

Absolutely stellar. It’s more the exception than the rule in this day and age to find an attorney who is passionate, compassionate and truly results driven. Within weeks he had my full face value insurance check plus interest when the insurance company had delayed and put me off for eight months. Highly recommend this firm. After a year dealing with life insurance company declining payout and pushing it back on employer and employer wanting to just pay back what was paid in on life policy was unacceptable. State Department of Finance stated out of their jurisdiction even thou policy was written in the state and apparently prior lawyer did nothing and in the end said didn’t believe there was a chance. Then I found Boonswang Law Firm and had full payout within a month! Yes, within a month! I am so grateful. Dealing with this firm was expedient and flawless. Wish I found them sooner. Grief and grieving is hard and shame on these insurance companies for making it difficult on top of that when our loved ones have passed. Also, for having to pay a lawyer!
