Their Intake info, which is not protected by attorney-client confidentiality, requires you to provide all the confidential evidence. You won't get a chance to talk to their attorney. You are better off contacting a firm that allows you to talk to an attorney (briefly) to see if you have a case. This way you get a fair chance and your confidential info remains protected by attorney-client confidentiality law. I had an excellent case of a super large company discriminating against me due to my race and disability and I was able to retain an excellent attorney. This firm missed out on my case because of subpar intake process and possibly because their attorney is overwhelmed by numerous cases, many of which may not be legitimate.
