I initially chose a lawyer that did not make me feel confident in the outcome, and I decided to pivot and hire Mark. After having a bad fallout with a former romantic partner, I was met with court orders to appear for a protective order where I was then arrested without notice based on grossly false allegations. Now I was dealing with a protective order and criminal case that I would’ve never expected. Mark’s demeanor and composure throughout the entire process made me feel better than I would’ve at the time. The thing I would like to highlight is Mark’s extensive knowledge of the law and court proceedings and his attention to detail. At the cusp of my case, Mark noticed discrepancies in the evidence my former girlfriend submitted to the prosecutor. I was genuinely amazed at how he was able to catch such a minor discrepancy that led him on a goose chase to find the original documents through a subpoena and prove that my ex was falsifying evidence. Within a week of seeing that evidence, Mark got the case dismissed. I truly think very few attorneys would taken the time to carefully review every character on the evidence that was submitted and I’m entirely sure had I not chosen Mark as my attorney, I would still be dealing with that case. 10/10 recommend him. Considering this is my first real encounter with the law and I never intend to deal with this twisted justice system again, I would still consider Mark as my attorney for any potential, future matter.
