We initially hired a well-regarded big law firm that specializes in immigration to handle our case. Unfortunately, all the experienced partners that were trotted out in our initial consultation were nowhere to be found throughout the immigration process, and instead we were assigned junior associates who ultimately ran into roadblocks, and then we were told there was nothing else they could do. I heard about Barry from a friend, had a consultation and the Immigration adventure began! Right off the bat, I knew he was professional, considerate and genuine. He got me through the entire process of obtaining my green card and though it’s been a few years since I got it, I’m grateful. He has to deal with different cultures from other countries and you know when you meet him that he’s patient but gives you the information straightforward. I’m from Belize and I was on OPT after graduating from college. Barry advised me on what’s best to do based off my choice in profession and what outcomes I may expect during the immigration process. There were a few paths to consider/choose from. His costs are reasonable, and you know for a fact that you’ll be in good hands. Whatever route you chose, whether it’s a type of visa, green card, work permit, etc, he’ll give you as much information as possible. He’ll advise you but at the end of the day, it’s your decision and he’ll make it happen. If you want to keep up with updates, he well informs you. You really cannot afford to do mistakes when it comes to your immigration process and he's one to eliminate any doubts you may have. One of the best things about him was the communication. His assistant was awesome too! I definitely recommend Barry as an Immigration Attorney since he gives you clarity of what steps you need to take, and overall peace of mind.
