I had an appointment with them at 4 and had to get off work early. They called me 7 minutes before 4pm in wichita right away I returned their call and they never answered. I missed some time at work for this scheduled meeting and they never called back or answered my calls. I’m just very disappointed at the inconvenience this caused me.

Dont waste your time they take for ever on a case, they seem to not know what they are doing they be asking for a simple paper months later wasting time. Not very profesional

All of the Balderas legal group are amazing!!! My husband case got complicated and they walked me through the whole way I appreciate all of their hard work effort and support on my husband's case it wasn't easy but it got done and now after years seperated we have our family united back in the USA!!! Recommend 100%!! Im am forever grateful 🙏

I was recommended this legal group by a friend of mine, and I regret working with them, truly. The receptionists were accommodating but the earliest appointment was a month out. I reluctantly agreed as I needed to begin processing legal work for my mother. I asked them to write in their notes everything I knew about my mother's case. I wanted the attorney to understand that WE understood the laws and rules surrounding my mother's case. Come the day of the appointment the attorney tells us everything we already knew and says nothing more can be done. We knew there would be road blocks in our case but they flat out refused to explore alternatives. WE KNEW THIS WOULD BE DIFFICULT WHICH IS WHY WE WENT TO A LAWYER, but it seemed like because our case wasn't as simple as they'd like it to be it wasn't worth their time to investigate alternative solutions. Their cookie cutter solutions didn't apply to us so they took our money and offered nothing. What a waste of a month and the worst $100 I have ever spent. My recommendation? Stay away and find another legal group instead.
