I had an issue between the dealer and myself for a vehicle I bought. It was sold to me with an aftermarket tune(unknown or disclosed to me) but they said the vehicle had manufacturer warranty. I had an issue a few months after purchase , took the car in to be fixed, only to have the warranty denied. After retaining representation my case was resolved in the manner I was hoping for and even better. It took some time, but all litigation takes time.
