Where do I begin?? Mr. Solomiany and Amanda have been the BEST to work with. We began our case back in 2017 toward the end of the year (we delayed our own case due to financial hardships a couple of times), and beginning of 2021 we got the answer that changed our lives! First off, Mr. Solomiany was recommended to me by two co workers that currently use him and his services. We had used a previous lawyer who was negligent with our case, causing my husbands case to be denied. We had gone to other lawyers for consultations which always resulted in them trying to “alter” the way my husband came into the country. My husbands case is slightly rare and complicated which is what intimidated most of the lawyers we sat down with. Mr. Solomiany was not phased by our case. We also had a great experience with Alex Solomiany. Prior to seeing Dr. Solomiany, my husband and I went to visit six local immigration lawyers and they all said unanimously that ours was a lost case and to not even attempt at obtaining any kind of legality in this country. Dr. Solomiany gave us hope and guided us closely through the entire process. We were recently married and he assisted us in obtaining the I-130, then the I-601A Waiver, then the embassy interview and ultimately the Resident Visa and Green Card. Thanks to Dr. Solomiany, we were not separated at any point in the process and we can now plan a bright future for our two kids in this country. In regards to the fees, Dr. Solomiany NEVER raised the amount originally agreed upon, charged us 55% in two installments prior to the trip to Honduras and did not collect the remaining balance until we were back in the States with our Green Card and Social Security in hand and case resolutely closed.
