September 2021, once the light turned green and cars began to proceed, I was rear-ended, Bam!! My upper torso jerked forward, my neck area flung backwards, my dog flew on the back floor and started crying. I was amazed since the light just turned green and the cars in the lane, I was in right turned lane, were moving slow allowing the first car to make a right turn in the Mobile home park located right at the light’s intersection. I felt the impact because my head stared throbbing and it was hard to get out the car but, being more concerned for my dog’s welfare I took care of her. The driver and I exchanged numbers, and I took pictures. I thought this is great I was with Progressive Insurance and never missed a payment; payment; taken out monthly. Insurance information shared and I noted the rear-ender also, had Progressive Insurance. I thought Great, No problem. There was a problem. My agent immediately began to insult me with accusation and insinuation; I was the one who caused the rear-end collision. I thought this insurance rep is crazy. I immediately knew Progressive would not legally represent me. I searched google for attorney’s and found Accident Attorney’s, November 2021. Accident Attorney’s never expressed or insinuated I caused the accident. Vanessa and Jackie helped me to stay focus with administering my medical appointments, I felt like giving up, that it was pointless to continue. But each helped me to take care of my health issues such as the continual lower back pain and the continual headaches; Headaches are still an ongoing issue. At the onset of my first call, I experienced great service with from both of these ladies. When I had an issue of having Progressive Insurance paying off my loan so I could obtain another vehicle, Accident Attorney’s immediately called and lit a fire under the insurance adjuster. I waited No Longer than two months to get my current vehicle. I did not expect much of pay-off offer, over $5,300.00 of a $12,000.00 pay-off. This pay-off was definitely more than I hoped for.
