After two years of trouble with my 2020 Nissan Versa, I learned about CA's Lemon Law and went on a search for help. I found Adam Zolonz & Associates via Yelp/Google. I had the most helpful and assuring experience with Adam and his office, so I recommender them 10/10 The biggest issue with my Nissan was the transmission change at 34k miles in less than two years of ownership. If you also looked at how often I was in the dealership for fixes, I went there about 10 times in past two years. Adam actually told me I was too patience, but I didn't know that lemon laws existed. After getting in contact with Adam in mid-December, he explained thoroughly how the lemon law work, what the process looks like, and provided answers whenever I had questions. I started the process in mid-December, submitted the necessary documents for Nissan's consideration right before Christmas, Nissan responded at the end of January with an affirmation that they will buy back the car, and I surrendered the car just this month (mid-March). So, three months to get stuff done and I'm happy with the efficient, generous help I received from Adam and his team. All in all, Adam is not only super knowledgeable, prompt, and helpful - he isn't pushy. He told me that I could complete the process on my timeline. We had a hiccup because I wasn't sure if my Nissan was a CPO (certified pre-owned) car and I wanted to be sure before proceeding with the case. According to Adam, he stated that you're likely to have more of a case to the manufacturer with a CPO car. I know it took a week, but I finally got the confirmation and was able to continue the proceedings. Now, I bring this up because I searched various lemon law lawyers before choosing Adam. The rest were a little aggressive in their approach - I needed to get them x,y,z before they even told me if I had a case. For a week, I kept getting numerous calls twice or thrice a day. I think the reason why I returned Adam's call is because he originally responded via email the fastest with the most human response. The other lemon law lawyers were very robotic, so I greatly appreciate Adam and his office's human and personable service.
