Short version… you pay for a service and they don’t finish the work. Long version…. With my ailing father, we needed to take care of some real estate issues. They were to file a deed transfer. First time they dropped the ball so the recorder didn’t accept. Second time they filed, they put the wrong name on the deed transfer?! Now they don’t want to complete the services we paid for. It would “incur additional fees”. Yes, on their part for their errors. Now they want a wheelchair bound senior citizen to get things done on his own. Again, after already paying for the services and the filing fee. Also, they don’t return calls. They only call to collect their fees. Stay away.

I had an appointment over the phone for a consultation I called at the time and got hung up on and called several times and no one answered my call. Have not heard from anyone in that office since. Very poor customer service and not professional at all.
