I reached out to AK Law Group about a year and half ago to handle my green card application. I directly dealt with Kashwal and most of my communication was done with her. Working with Kashwal was a breeze! She is a great communicator whether we spoke via phone call, text or email. Everything was organized to the T. All of applications were processed and approved in a timely manner by the UCSIS, my I-130 application took the longest for approval and obviously the hardest part is waiting. With that being said, I got approved for the green card application in August 2024 and received my green card in 2 weeks following the approval. The wait period for everyone is different, from processing various applications to receiving the green card took one year and 6 months.
