I was injured in a tornado in Kansas while working for a trucking company that didn’t offer insurance.... Mr Womick was excited about the case, acting like he was going to be able to help me be reimbursed for my out-of-pocket medical expenses, later that same day I watched as the owner of the company come into Womick Law Firm and the very next morning when Mr Womick called me he stated that he couldn’t help me because the company was going to file bankruptcy...... funny..... that was 1994 and that company has yet to file bankruptcy, Womick is an Ambulance Chaser and a liar, I wouldn’t recommend him or his firm for any reason whatsoever period!
