We were recommended to this law firm. Things started out okay, contact could be a little slow and then we dropped off the map for a bit. When we re-established contact and made plans to meet in person to sign our documents that was all done in a very timely manner. However, since we have met in person with him and signed our probate documents we have yet to receive our copy. We have had no contact in over 3 months and emails and phone calls go unanswered. We also asked to get things started for another family member and that has gone undone as well.

We had Gerald do our business taxes for 2016 and he did a wonderful job, but starting in 2017 we received less and less contact until it seemed to completely dissipate. At the beginning of 2018, we gave Gerald all of our tax information, but we did not hear a word from him until about 6 months later; we gave him everything before the end of February. He practically provided no contact and it was difficult to reach him. During the six months he was doing nothing for our taxes, he did not even look at our bank transactions and attempt to reconcile them; but he was still collecting our monthly dues. When he does his work it is excellent. You just have to try really hard to get him to do it.

To bad there isn't a -star I could give!! Getting ahold of this guy is pretty much impossible! He is rude and very unprofessional. Seeing that there is only ONE positive review is probably due to him removing all the others. Oh and FYI he will also hang up on you and won't return calls or emails. Good thing I didn't pay money to use hin cause that would be a total WASTE!
