I cannot express how grateful we are to Willmoth Immigration Law, LLC for their outstanding service. My brother was detained by immigration with an order for removal from the country, and our family was in a state of utter panic. From the moment we contacted Willmoth Immigration Law, they recommended a clear and effective course of action to secure his release. The team, led by an exceptional lawyer, worked diligently and compassionately on our case. In less than three weeks, my brother was released. The process was not only timely but also reasonably priced, which was a huge relief for our family. Most of the time was us collecting information needed and waiting on immigration decision. My brother was incredibly frightened and uncertain about his future, but thanks to the expert guidance and support from Willmoth Immigration Law, he is now back home. He was able to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas with his wife and kids, which we thought would be impossible. Not only that, but they also managed to secure him a work permit, allowing him to continue supporting his family. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Jonathan and his fantastic staff, including Jareli, Raquel, and especially Melissa, who went above and beyond to ensure that every step of the process was smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and dedication truly stand out. One highlight worth mentioning is that the releasing immigration officer even told my brother what a great lawyer he had and recommended using Willmoth Immigration Law for the next steps to secure his green card. We plan to continue using their services for all our future immigration needs. Thank you, Willmoth Immigration Law, for bringing hope and stability back to our family during such a challenging time. Your team is truly remarkable!

10 out of 10 recommendation. When a great friend and coworker was detained by ICE, we didn't know what to do or who to call. We initially hired another law firm, but we soon realized they did not take this as serious as we needed them to. We made a couple more phone calls and someone suggested Willmoth Immigration Law. When I called Willmoth they moved some stuff around on the schedule and had a phone meeting with my friend the same day! Willmoth immediately went to work. Willmoth Knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They never told me that my friend was going to be able to come home, they just said they will do everything they can. I called every couple of days and they always gave me an update even when there wasn't any news. Then on Tuesday they called me and said his stay was approved and my friend is coming home! My Friend got to come home and be with his family. Today he is at work with his coworkers smiling and laughing. He gets to take his kids to school. He gets to go to his church this weekend and praise God with his family. This county is a better place with him in it. We cannot thank Willmoth Immigration Law enough. Thank You!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this law firm. I made the appointment over a month in advance and never received a confirmation email. I waited several days and called them, only to discover that they had sent it to the wrong email address, even though they had my correct email on record. They never bothered to resend the confirmation email. As my appointment approached, I called again because I had not received any emails still and was worried. I clearly mentioned my appointment was “tomorrow,” and they did not correct me. Later, they called me and asked why I didn’t show up. Not until then did I find out my appointment was actually “today.” During my call beforehand, I specifically asked if I needed to submit any documents before the meeting, but they only asked for basic information over the phone. During the consulting session, the attorney pointed out that I hadn't submitted any materials, which he claimed made it difficult for him to understand my situation. When I initially scheduled the appointment over a month ago, I mentioned that I wanted to consult about the O1 visa. Yet, they only called half an hour before the appointment to ask if I had any qualifications for the O1 visa. I expressed to the receptionist that I wanted advice from the professional on whether I should apply for the O1 visa and what steps I should take if I decided to proceed. However, during the session, the attorney simply stated that he didn’t think I had enough material and had nothing further to say. Ten minutes into the session, the lawyer indicated that he had nothing more to add. I had to ask questions myself. During the whole session, he didn’t even try to give me useful advice on how to strengthen my case. What made the experience particularly frustrating was his choice to express judgment and negativity in a condescending manner. During my previous appointment with other attorneys from other law firms, they had mentioned similar points, but they did so respectfully and constructively. As a professional, he should have communicated more effectively and respectfully. Moreover, the attorney was frequently sarcastic and dismissive. For example, he asked about my educational background. When I told him, he bluntly stated that education had no impact on the O1 visa. When I brought up a suggestion from another attorney and asked about his advice on that, he rudely dismissed it without offering constructive advice. After half an hour of this unproductive session, I felt so frustrated and said I had no more questions. The attorney immediately stated that my case did not qualify and that their firm would not take it on, and then he ended the call. This was what my $100 consultation fee got me. Overall, I found this firm to be extremely unprofessional and disorganized, from the receptionist to the attorney. If they only wish to discuss O1 visas with highly qualified individuals, they should have stringent initial qualification checks. In that case, if people couldn’t pass their pre-checks, they could prevent them from making an appointment and paying the $100 fee. Instead, I paid $100 for a disjointed, shortened session with a condescending lawyer who offered no value.
