Attorney Shapiro has been a really great friend ,great attorney and all around outstanding guy that took a horrible situation and turn it into a great family blessing in the early 2000s David was crushed by a tree in a logging accident which the tree was cut wrong. the tree crushed him at the scene and he died three times on the way to the hospital which resulted in 9 week coma and many years of different surgeries and rehabilitation.
