I am writing to recommend Ms. Holcomb, whom I decided to work with based on a trusted senior attorney's advice. I have been consistently impressed with the legal services I've received. Her office is well-run, and I've found their communication and how quickly they respond to be outstanding. Ms. Holcomb is straightforward and always on time. She also explains her legal strategies clearly. I especially value that she welcomes respectful input and pays close attention to my concerns. While the legal system has its challenges, she consistently strives to lessen any possible negative outcomes. In short, Ms. Holcomb has a skilled support team that ensures prompt communication and availability. It's worth noting that her services are professional and involve a fee. Given her expertise and high demand, her rates reflect the quality, which I believe is a worthwhile investment. One important piece of advice I would offer is to always be truthful with Ms. Holcomb and her staff, regardless of the situation. Honesty is crucial. She will also provide you with direct feedback if you are in the wrong, with the aim of helping you improve. I am very grateful for the support of Ms. Holcomb and her team, and I hope you experience the same high level of service.

Did a consultation about 2 wks ago, I agree with the review listed below by Kayla which prompted me to elaborate on my 1 star no comment review.. Joyce honey, if you are stressed, overwhelmed, and burned out, just say that, you don't have to talk down to people calling you to potentially pay you $6,000 in retainer.. I agree that not only was she rude and condescending but she's definitely a male sympathizer and makes it seem like you're the problem regardless of you having a restraining order on the person. I don't know anybody who will pay a $6,000 retainer to somebody that insults them without knowing the full story. Luckily rejecting this attorney redirected me to someone way better and I won't list them here because I don't want this review to be flagged but at least wanted this attorney to hear now twice that YTA (reddit speak). She even had the nerve to question me how I found her phone number like as if we're not in 2024 and Google doesn't exist. Clearly she's concerned about her reputation and knows that she has issues and she's clearly concerned about her money which is why she's coming off that way but you coming off that way is exactly why you're having money and review issues. Joyce you honestly gave me narcissist vibes and what you need to do is exactly what you're trying to tell female victims calling your office for help and that's to start looking at yourself. Victims aren't to blame and you blatantly tried to give me a lecture about looking at myself... I wasn't charged or convicted of abuse, he was... What is wrong with you? For the record in case you don't remember me I ended the conversation by letting you know that it seemed like you and I were on completely different pages and I no longer wanted to take up any of your time but the reality is you are no one to project your negativity energy on anyone and I'm grateful you behaved that way as my retainer went elsewhere, even got it $1000 cheaper too. Folks if you've read this far, I highly recommend seeking counsel in Highland or Redlands for San Bernardino or Riverside cases as these more accessible attorneys such as Joyce are not only overpriced but big headed and unprofessional, forgot to mention it also took nearly a month of phone tag to finally have a consultation only for me to terminate the call due to her demonic energy. I'd wish for you to get mental help versus trying to play therapist based on minimal info, no case review, and zero licensing or education in psychology but I truly don't believe there's anything that can help you besides losing it all. Keep behaving the way you do to new clients, maybe you'll finally get that lesson. ✌🏼

I hired Miss Joyce to handle my divorce / spousal support in 2017. She was professional, a good listener and emotionally supportive. I agree that her firm could have been more informative with any updates pertaining the case. But I always called anyways. Sure time was money, but it gave me a peace of mind. Miss Joyce won me what I deserved and more. And the fact that she used the wrath of justice on my ex and she was knowledgeable as well as nice and emotionally there, showed that she is a person and she is real. I would recommend Miss Joyce Holcomb's service for divorce cases (maybe with no kids/custody problems. I'm not sure. ) Thank you, Miss Holcomb.

I called to seeking legal representation and I must say the staff was very unprofessional. First they advised me that it would be a $100 to even hear what I needed her for. I advised them that it was a pandemic and before I paid a $100 for them to hear me out if they could quote me a ballpark range of her rates for representation. Well I was then connected to Christina who acted like she didn’t understand what I was asking after explaining for a fourth time she advised that I was seeking an amount and she was unable to give that (very rudely might I add). I wouldn’t want to be represented by an office who’s staff is so insensitive especially during this time. I called other offices and got a much better response. Good luck

Three years ago, Joyce was very thorough in reviewing my documents, asking me some key questions to find out pertinent information and gave me the best professional advice that I needed to hear at the time. This helped me to secure a deal that was in my best interest and I am extremely grateful for that. It was worth every penny! Thank you Joyce!
