Ms. Whitney is not a defendant's lawyer. She will milk and account and wait for a trial date and then bailout. She will not call or contact opposing counsel to negotiate a resolution. Her communication skills with opposing counsel are not the most professional. Assumptions are made where in the expense is passed to the client. Take the money and run seems to be her MO.
