My experience was great with most of the staff. Everyone that assisted with my case was very professional, helpful, and assisted with my concerns and inquiries. I will say, when my settlement was completed and I went to the main office, the receptionist was not pleasant at all. The demeanor of this associate was not what you would want displayed to your customers/clients. If this was the first person, I had met prior to becoming a client, I would have chosen a different law firm for representation. I understand people have good and bad days, if that was a bad day then the associate should have been assigned a different task for that day so clients wouldn't know she was having a bad day. She may be a good employee, just not a great fit for the front desk. It would have also been nice for someone that worked with me as the client to at least say step from the back and say hello and thank you for being our client as all communications were via email and over the phone, make it a little more personable! Overall, the ease of being a client and getting to settlement was great!

They are only getting a star because the system doesn’t allow not giving one! I called Saiontz & Kirk for help and they passed me onto Whitlock Law. At Whitlock Law, the staff at this firm treats clients like they are an interruption to their day, they were not professional and I did not feel they knew what they were doing. This firm did NOT do a good job, not even a subpar job. I was not impressed or satisfied with the service; especially months after the case was settled I got a letter from the insurance company legal representative telling me that Whitlock Law told them to contact me about the itemized medical bills. Keep in mind, the law office was supposed to pay the medical expenses out of the proceeds and that did not happen! So, I had to pay all the medical expenses. I would not recommend Whitlock Law or Saiontz & Kirk to anyone ever!!
