When you call, you will be lucky to get someone pick up the phone. Every new case requires a consultation fee, which normal. Mr. Ritchey himself is a very knowledgeable man and his staffs are very polite, but the wait time in that office can be super long due to many clients.. Due to COVID-19, mask is required. I despite the long wait time still go there because he is good, polite and very knowledgeable.

Worst law office ever! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEGLIGENT! You can never reach out to them nor get someone to reply to anything you send them. Might as well go somewhere else recommend that if you plan to take a case with the lawyer Ronald Richey, it is better that you look for another lawyer because you are going to make a mistake, they never answer the phone to be able to make an appointment and when you arrive they don't attend to you because you don't have an appointment, the secretary has one. bad manners when they ask about your case not even they understand each other they tell you one thing then they tell you something else they have no education for clients I imagine that if they studied it is to have education they don’t organized well they don't worry about your case I have 7 years no even the residence have been able to get me out of a bad experience that I have had but I don’t recommend just go to others lawyer

NEGLIGENT THIS SECRETARY WITH ALOPECIA IS SO UNEDUCATED, AND DISRESPECTFUL, AND KNOWS NOTHING BUT TO YELL AS IF SHE CAME FROM THE STREETS. TREAT SPANISH SPEAKERS BADLY. THIS WAS A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOWED THAT THIS LAWYER WAS NOT RELIABLE. THE LAWYER SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE INITIATIVE TO EDUCATE THE SECRETARY AND PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WOULD HAVE SHOWED THE CLIENT THAT THE LAWYER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. Very unprofessional; kept my application for over six months, and by the time I decided to change lawyer to someone who actually does work, I had already missed out on a lot of opportunities. The lawyer's negligence cost me time and money. He simply didn’t want to provide me back my information and required me to pay the full price of the contract.

Like every other place there is a staff shortage. The staff is knowledgeable and very polite! Our lawyer Ronald D. Richey, is kind understanding person and very knowledgeable in immigration law. He is helping us with my husband's path to citizenship and I wouldn't have any other person do it!

Please run away from this place, the worst law office. Mr Richey is knowledgeable but this place should be shut down. They took my application and kept it there for 6 months. I can’t even get someone on the phone to ask questions. They have no respect for clients, they don’t care your case.
