If I could give a 10 star rating..I would. Best experience with a law firm I have ever had. I had almost given up on my case until I met these wonderful folks. I have no hesitation in saying if you need help with an injustice..call this firm first. I wish I had. Isaac Lescano is a very gifted attorney who listens and will fight for you and your case and he gets results. Also want to say a big thank you to Matt, Robert, and Holly and the entire team at Weatherington Law Firm. Couldn’t have gotten the closure and justice I was looking for without all of their efforts. I personally would not refer this Law Firm. They was a straight pushover for the Defense. Anything the Defendant's Attorney wanted they gave her. They prolonged my case repeatedly agreeing to extension for discovery to help the Defendant's Atty devalue my case. They did not need an extension because my case was clear cut and I had basically did all the leg work. They are the type of Atty's that drain their clients by running up bills and help the other side milk big corporations to get a piece of that too. When i started questioning their tactics and why were they stalling they threaten to withdraw from my case and still hold me liable for their outrageous attorney fees. Their morals and professional ethics went out the door. They were more interested in satisfying the Skirt (female atty) that represented the Defendant. They made it all sound good in the beginning but when things started not looking right and i started asking questions i walked away with what i already had gotten on my own without an attorney. It was a pure waste of time all because they couldn't control their hormones and put their Client first. Response to Wetherington Law Firm: I find it deeply concerning that your response is not only factually inaccurate but also further highlights the unethical nature of your practice. I was a client of your firm, and I can provide evidence to prove it, including the welcome letter you sent me when I initially hired you. This is just one example of the many misleading statements you’ve made in your reply. It’s disappointing that instead of addressing the issues I raised, you resorted to deflecting and falsely claiming that I was never a client. Your tactics, such as prolonging my case and agreeing to unnecessary extensions, were in clear favor of the defendant, which caused unnecessary delays and devalued my case. When I questioned these actions, I was met with threats of withdrawal and exorbitant fees. This type of behavior, paired with your inaccurate response, only further reinforces my decision to walk away from your firm. I had to do the work myself to get the result I was seeking because your firm failed to put my interests first. I will let the facts speak for themselves. Here is the welcome letter you sent me when I became your client. I will also be happy to provide further documentation, should anyone need more clarity on this matter.
