I have been a client of Brian Longenbaugh for over 6years. My family has (unfortunately) had its share of legal challenges. At first, they involved the protection of my 90 year old Mother from a Guardian that was not acting as a Fiduciary should. Brian protected her for the rest of her life to assure that she received the best and most appropriate care possible. Next, in dealing issues related to her death, Brian then fought for our family for the preservation and protection of her assets in Probate. This involved court appearances. Brian won for the family again and again. He prevented the wholesale liquidation of various real and personal property by the Probate Officer. In so doing, my Mother's final wishes for the distribution (and not liquidation) of her property was accomplished. As a bonus, we came out way ahead as we were able to finally receive the full value of our inheritance, and not by the "Fire Sale", as was planned. In the midst of the several unique challenges that we were all confronted with, Brian was a solid rock of intelligence, talent, and dedication to our goal of having our Mom treated properly, and her final wishes respected. I can not adequately express the gratitude that I have for the gift that Brian has been to my family. Of course, I recommend him highly!
