Was involved in an early morning accident while on my way to work in Nov 2023. The person ran a stop sign and came out like a wall in front of me as I was about to pass that side street… if a few seconds earlier, I may not have been here to tell my experience. But the driver hit the very front tip of my driver side fender and caused me to T-bone her in the process as she sped in front of me. The point of impact caused my car to be spun a quarter of the way around leaving my car facing in a different direction than the one I was originally traveling in. I remember thinking to myself… “So, this is how it end?” That is when I saw all of the fluids bursting out from their origins as the fender, front end, hood, etc. crumpled up almost like tin foil. My air bag popped out during this visual overload causing smoke or vaporous content to spew out into the interior of my car. When my car finally came to a halt, I quickly felt all over my body to make sure I had feeling & was able to move because I knew it would be wise to exit my car as safely and quickly as possible just in case it caught fire from any sparks meeting the expelled fluids. It wasn’t until I got out of car that I started experiencing any pain. There was pain in my chest/shoulder bone area that subsided after about 10-15 minutes but as it went away both of my knees started hurting me like crazy as bruising began to appear. I felt like I could go into a shock state so i kept myself focused by taking pictures of the damage to my car. I’d say it was God & pure adrenaline helping me to cope during that point. I finally realized it could’ve been a whole lot worse as I was considering the timeline of my commute and then began to cry as I struggled to retain my composure. Not only was I distraught over the accident, but the fact that i saw my car murdered in front of my own eyes while I was inside watching the whole thing, and I only had $1500 left to pay my car off. Which I was just thinking moments before how many payments I was going to divide it up in. I was even considering not reporting to work that morning but attempted to go on ahead and make my way in. In hindsight, maybe I should’ve stayed home and the whole thing wouldn’t have happened and I’d still have the favorite car I had ever owned. But that’s neither here nor there. Anyway, it seemed the other party was going to cooperate bc she stopped & waited for police to arrive and as they were getting her information I was being transported to hospital via ambulance. It wasn’t until I got report that I found her insurance and other info out. But I’d already dealt with my insurance to start the process bc I had to get back to work by the following Monday and needed a rental to accomplish that. I was then advised to obtain legal counsel. That’s when Warren & Griffin was suggested to me. I called them. And met with John Mark Griffin. He immediately began the process of building my case. He was very understanding. As time went by, her insurance company proved difficult to work with, and after several attempts, she was not able to be easily located. So the insurance company decided to settle out of court after a few low offers. John Mark fought for me until a reasonable offer was made. She didn’t have a great or big policy with them but at least the medical bills were paid, Mr Griffin got his cut, and I got mine, for which I’m grateful, and also glad it’s finally over after a year. Even though I still have much (anxiety) PTSD while commuting around town and also have crazy dreams about incident, its all behind me with a little closure to accompany it. I recommend this law firm to anyone seeking legal counsel for similar, or other type of cases they may handle. Make sure to contact them directly. You will be pleased you did. The photos contain what my car looked like just a few days earlier before accident then the morning thereof.

After a car accident resulted in broken bones with months of recovery, I was frustrated when the at fault insurance company made no movements in providing payment on my extensive medical bills and sought help. Working with C Mark and the team was a pleasure, and they quickly acted to help resolve my case. Highly recommended to work with this great team!

They were amazing to deal with and very punctual about everything that needed to be done. The attorney, C. Mark, took the time and sat down with us to learn everything needed for our situation. He helped with areas where we were not able to get answers. Ms. Sheila was amazing to deal with and able to direct us where we needed to go and gave is answers to any questions we had. They were patient with any concerns we had and reassuring throughout the whole process!

Hank Warren and the team at Warren & Griffin have been absolutely amazing. They’ve helped us through one of the hardest times in our lives with so much care and professionalism, and we honestly can’t thank them enough. Hank is everything you’d want in an attorney—he’s knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything so you feel comfortable and informed. We always felt like he truly cared about us and was working hard to get us the best outcome. We also have to give a huge shoutout to Mary Grace, Hank’s paralegal. She’s incredible! Her communication is top-notch—she always responded quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. She made us feel like we were her top priority, and her kindness and hard work really stood out. While we hope we never need an attorney again, Warren & Griffin will absolutely be our first call if we do. This team is professional, compassionate, and gets results. If you’re looking for someone to fight for you while treating you with respect and care, you’ve found them. Thank you, Hank and Mary Grace, for everything you’ve done for us! You’ll never know how much it means to our family.
