I am grateful I found Vannova Legal. My parents live in Utah and were struggling with their mortgage. After becoming so frustrated with the process, they reached out to me to help. I spoke with a few different law firms but Vannova Legal (Matt) was the only one that seemed to really understand loan mods and foreclosures in addition to bankruptcy. The reason I gave them 4 Stars is because they difficult to get ahold of over phone which understanding because they have other clients. Here’s a Tip for anyone that is thinking about filing or reading this. Always go into the office even if it’s for a question. Make sure all of your debt is accounted for and is accurate. It makes the filing much smoother and the meeting with the trustee And no you don’t see a judge in a courtroom lol trustee office is small like the size of a classroom. But I’m a few months away from completing my CH13 which I’m really excited for you!
