Had an awful experience with the firm. Mr. Valdez is really good in persuading people but when you need something from the firm is hard. I’m waiting for a long time to get a simple refund and they don’t even reply my emails or give me an answer about that. It’s sad because I really liked the lawyer but seeing how the firm works it’s 100% sure that I wound never refer him for anyone. —— Updating, there’s almost one month from my first request of refund, and they are try to charge me things that are not in the contract that I have signed. I paid $4.675,00 up front, haven’t sent any documentation (they didn’t do anything) and they are trying to charge me “administrative fees” that are not included. It’s absurd, considering that it’s a law firm and the minimum I’d expected is follow the written agreement.
