The lawyer and main legal assistant were really good at explaining things that turned out to be accurate. When a different assistant jumped in, the information conflicted. The office assistants were great. The main disconcerting factor was that I needed to ask for updates instead of them providing the status of my case from their end. Overall, they did a GREAT job of managing my case, and I would definitely use their services again (but I hope never to need to!) I'm very happy with their work.
