I don't have a history of needing a lawyer for anything but I dealt with this firm on this occasion and was very happy with how I was treated. I was taken care of by Isam Frank. At first it seemed as if it might be a hard case from my perspective but eventually it came to light that there was footage of my accident that a business owner provided me. Throughout the process Frank's office kept me informed and he always advised me of what to do. I had already spoken with the insurance company representing the guilty party but later they requested I speak to them again. Frank politely told me that it wasn't necessary and that he'd tell them on my behalf that I did not want to. I was so bothered by the way the responsible party attempted to drag everything out.
