Miserably rude and unhelpful. Should not be used for anything. Their office staff is beyond awful. Do not waste your time! Edit: I am indeed in Indianapolis and called twice last week to set up a consultation for a case in Kentucky. My mother and sister spoke with the receptionist, who stated she would set up an introduction call with the lawyer. At the appointed time, we did not receive a call, so contacted the office. The same receptionist snapped at my mother that she had nothing on the schedule. My mom asked if we could reschedule and the receptionist VERY rudely responded "ma'aaaaaaaaam, you did not have an appointment in the first place!" We are simply trying to get help with a Kentucky court case and did not appreciate the dramatically negative experience with this woman. 0/10, definitely do not recommend. When this is the first and only experience people have with your office, it's vital to have someone who is kind and good at their job.
