I had a great experience working with Mr. Nagel. He’s a really cool guy who knows how to lighten the mood with jokes. While it was a bit difficult to get in touch with him at times, he was incredibly helpful when it mattered most. He got me into a diversion program, which I’m very thankful for. Hopefully, I won’t need legal help again, but if I ever do find myself in any sort of criminal trouble (which I don’t plan on), I’ll definitely be reaching out to him!

He recently defended me for a four year old DUI accident case. He got me the outcome i was hoping for when I expected the worst. This attorney is as close to a crook as you can get. Paid $900 to retain him for my daughter’s case and he never showed up for the hearing leaving us confused and worried. He took no accountability and responsibility for his actions and I have requested that he refunded the money to us and to date nothing and has been done. He did nothing whatsoever on the case. We have filed an official complaint to the Georgia bar. But do your due diligence on this guy. He is terrible and dishonest. We are still hoping he return the deposit but obviously he is not an ethical attorney practicing in Atlanta.
