Beware. This firm is run like a puppy mill and if your case falls outside of the normal high conflict child custody, then you and your child may be at risk. This firm has tunnel vision and even if you try to explain why you don't think that is the best route for your case, they will yell at you and make you do it, without considering the repercussions of that choice. I was winning my case before Webb Family Law Firm forced me into a move that caused my Judge, who favored me when I was pro se, to yell at me with an aggression I only saw once during a 7-hour trial and First hearing combined. When confronted with these allegations there was zero accountability and no apology. The State Bar of Texas will be looking into Webb as I am filing a formal Grievance. Beware of all the big North Texas firms as they are all very intertwined. Paralegals and such bounce around from firm to firm and when one firms shows misconduct the other Firm, out of some distorted respect, will not even look into it for you. Seems to me the only goal between firms is keep the Parents arguing, keep the waters as muddy as can be, and no matter what, don't go after the other attorney (aka keep the bosses clean). And you don't even want to look deeper into the Firms and the Therapist racket. It may be worse.

Update to owner response: I hung up because of her impolite rudeness. Not for your $300 consult fee. Why would I continue a phone call with someone who is rude and has no empathy? I apologize that you have someone like her on your team. Very rude customer service by a paralegal named Lisa. I called asking for a family law attorney and her first response was " Uh well you're calling a family law office?" I said, " okay what do I do next?" Sorry Lisa , I do not have your job, so I don't understand how conversations go, or what your supposed to ask for. You're attitude and tone was highly inappropriate. I'll be moving forward with another firm due to that unprofessionalism.
