Attorney Jonathan Proctor rudely ignored me due to prejudice, conflict of interest and disrespect to the Ch 13 Court. He is currently being investigated for case "Abandonement" by the GA State Bar. And he faces sanctions in Ch13 Court. He has stonewalled, refused to answer questions, and not provided information on his attorneymalpractice insurance...if he has any....for several months. He has not denied his actions have resulted in my home of 30 years being foreclosed on was his fault.
