I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of professionalism demonstrated in my recent experience. I scheduled a consultation regarding an important matter and awaited their communication. Despite receiving approximately five emails confirming the appointment time, I was informed that the meeting would be delayed by an hour, five minutes after the original scheduled time. I had made significant adjustments to my day, including rescheduling meetings and attending to both work and personal obligations, in order to be present for this consultation. This situation reflects a concerning lack of professionalism and consideration for the time of others.
