All I can say is that, from personal experience, she helped a very good friend of mine get her residency. She is very forward and to the point when it comes to handling your case. I had another friend of mine that I recommended but his case was different, and she was not able to help him at the time. Yes, he did have to pay for the consulting fee but that was expected. Her office staff is extremely professional and are willing to help you any way they can. They also various picture frames filled with pictures of all the people they have helped. Every case is different, and it is understandable that people will get upset because they cannot be helped. Overall, she is a great immigration lawyer and her staff is attentive and courteous.

This woman is a money hungry fraud. I hired her at the end of last year with a complicated case that she said she could help me with. After a couple weeks I started to realize she didn’t know what she was doing and later she confessed she had never dealt with a case like mine. I was contemplating firing her and getting a partial refund. When I brought this up to her she convinced me to continue. She told me my case was hard and blah blah! She is just incompetent. Missing important information, thinking that she was doing me a favor. People your lawyer works for you!!! Not the other way around. She kept my full deposit not one cent back, after three months of doing nothing for me but make mistakes and telling me excuses. I hired another lawyer a week after firing her and he was able to help me in two months with a court that historically takes years to respond. Now I am waiting for my greencard. Please if anyone reads this go somewhere else. Do your research. She has 3.5 review for a reason. And they don't let you use the restroom as a paying customer. People remember these people are offering a service. Some lawyers take advantage of the simple minds of the hispanic community. They are not gods. You choose!!! Don’t choose this lady. She will steal your money.
