DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are a ton of other attorneys in Rogers and NWA. Would highly suggest calling one of them and avoiding Josh Meister. Screwed up my case from the beginning, communication was shoddy and lacking, but then when he would finally pick up the phone to update me he would drag the conversation on so he could bill me more. Also did not seem knowledgeable on recent changes in the law that had an impact on my case. Has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Ended up firing him about halfway through and had to start over with a different attorney. He then had the gall to try to charge me more money. Don’t waste your time or money and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else!

It's been a few years, but when we got my husband's bankruptcy done and then went and paid them to reconfirm the house back on his credit and they never did it! Completely dragged their feet and eventually quit answering the phone. I won't ever recommend this place to anyone.

Josh has a finesse in working with opposing council and is well-respected among the local legal community. Always greeted kindly by the judges and address with respect by other attorneys. This is important when you're being prosecuted for a crime you didn't commit. Especially now while prosecutors' desks are stacked a mile high with open cases and the jails are overflowing. Josh will make sure they prove your guilt or drop the charges. Josh and Joanne also handled a bankruptcy case I was involved in very well.
