Just got off the phone with an attorney with this firm. I would state the name, but he didn't introduce himself. Obviously I'm not an attorney myself, so I was calling to get the ball rolling on what I thought would be a pretty simple family law case. He was very aggressive and told me that I didn't need that service and followed that up with "What's going on here?"- in such a way that I felt like I was doing something wrong. He did direct me in a different direction, which I appreciate, but it certainly won't be with this firm. At the conclusion, there was no thanks for calling or effort to retain me in any way. He just said "Bye" and hung up. Legal help is covered through my benefits with my employer, so I don't know what his deal was. Just don't expect any courtesy. I guess even an introduction is an imposition with these guys.
