Susan had been recommended to me by a large coalition in the city since 2006, when we first met we believed there were more obstacles to my case than anticipated and decided not to pursue the visa then. Later on in 2008 my mentor met her again trough his own doctor and we decided to reignite the process. My experience with her and her staff is that everyone at the office are extremely knowledgeable and able to help, they always answer and responded to the phone calls and my questions trough-out my entire visa process. I always recommend her to clients or friends and will continue to do so, her office in particular is highly experienced regarding the most difficult type of processes. In the past we were able to complete a rigorous employment visa process with her, more recently I have filed I-130's with waiver petitions and all these processes have turned out very successful.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Her office was non-responsive throughout my entire application process and she is ALWAYS out of the office or in a meeting. In the first, and only conversation I had with Ms. Fortino-Brown over the 3 and 1/2 years she represented me, she was a bit awkward and unprofessional. The paralegal assigned to my case was either lazy or incompetent and also unpleasant. She was recommended by a family friend, but I was very disappointed in her “assistance” with my case.

I was so pleased with the service I received from the law firm in the past 9 years. The team members care about what you need, professional, supportive and very friendly. For every application case, the team members provide you with the precise and clear instructions to make sure you fully understand each item and fill in the application form correctly. They strive to achieve the best result in every application they submit, no errors and no missing documents. After they receive any notice they send it to you immediately along with a letter that well explains the notice and the list of the thin you need to do. You can count on them for everything. You always receive an advanced friendly reminder for your visa renewal with all the information you need to prevent you from missing the deadline. For every phone call they answer you promptly or call you back as soon as they can. A fantastic experience, and highly recommended!
