I recently inquired to the Law Offices of Reynolds & Reynolds regarding the possibility of suing a hospital in Dallas for negligence, resulting in the recent death of my husband. I specifically spoke to one of the partners, Debra Reynolds. I was impressed by Ms. Reynolds from our very first conversation. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and she came highly recommended by a friend as a great medical malpractice attorney. But most of all, I could tell right away how concerned and caring Debra was. She listened to my concerns regarding my husband’s death very intently, and she told me that her law firm would look into my husband’s case to see if there was any negligence on the part of the doctors or hospital who treated my husband, which she surely did. Out of her law firm’s own pocket, they even paid an expert witness, a cardiologist, to review my husband’s medical records. As it turned out, in their opinion, they did not find sufficient evidence of malpractice by the hospital and doctors concerned. However, the information that I learned from their cardiologist/specialist as to the probable reasons why my husband died was very enlightening to me; and it helped me and my family to accept that my husband was given, at the very least, adequate care, which gave me much peace of mind. In hindsight, it seems the worst thing the hospital and doctors did was give my husband and I very poor and extremely inadequate information regarding my husband’s health. If they had been more honest and forthright about his condition, we would have been more prepared for the heartbreaking outcome; and my husband would have been able to get his affairs in order before he passed. Debra kept her promises to me, for which I am extremely grateful. I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Reynolds & Reynolds to anyone who thinks that they may have cause to need their services. I will certainly not hesitate to call them if I have any need for their services in the future.
