Caution!This firm did not put any care in my sons case. They acted as if they worked for the District Attorney's Office. Only money talks for them. I have had a lot of likes for this posting. Sounds like the lack of representation is still going on. They are rated very poorly. They must be held accountable for their lack of the fiduciary responsibility to their clients. The worst trial attorney in town. They do not even know when motions are to be filed. 3/23/18 Another unpleasant conversation with the office. In fact this time she told she was being rude because I had written a bad review. Wonder if I will get a call back today. BE WARE, Less Than Appropriate Advocate!!! Ben Deaver brought up this review in his second only visit to his client that has been incarcerated for 6 months, which insinuated a less than appropriate advocacy for his client. Instead, the Law office of Deaver & Deaver should look at all the negative reviews of bad customers service and try to improve. As advocate, a lawyer should zealously assert the client's position under the rules of the adversary system. As negotiator, a lawyer seeks a result advantageous to the client but consistent with requirements of honest dealing with others. This does not seem to be Mr. Deaver's form of representation. The office is not customer service friendly, nor is his demeanor. It is hard to have a simple conversation. At the end of the day, he was appointed by the state and has not performed as an advocate or a negotiator. Wondering what professional conduct polices lawyers abide by.

Besides excellent communication and all around helpfulness, Leann was great to talk to over the phone and same goes to Ben Deaver, hes always been a great help in taking care of matters involving DUI`s or other court related matters. Needed an attorney to handle a traffic citation issue. The attorneys in the area that i was familiar with did not handle traffic cases but only civil matters. When i asked for a suggestion on who to use i was told that Deaver law was the office to contact. What can i say.. when other attorneys offices recommend them its pretty safe to say they are good. By the way we were very happy with the results of the issue we were dealing with!
