He refuses to respond to phone calls or emails, misses deadlines. Makes excuses, does literally nothing. Want to pay for a man past his prime to fleece you? Call him today, maybe you too can buy him and his wife a vacation while he claims he’s going to help! I had to call/email him and his wife everyday. I kept asking for an itemized bill, and finally once I told him I would contact the BAR and sue him he sends me a check back for the full amount. Lawyers are typically not known as the most noble of people but as it stands it seems to be a scam or racket. You’ll be the one paying for it too. Because he never did anything, everything he claimed to do (filing things in court) was a complete lie. I’ll have to contact the BAR anyway, as i’m convinced he’s just using his degree to cheat and steal anyone unfortunate enough to contact him.
